Since first coming to the West, Garchen Rinpoché has distributed far and wide numerous little booklets that contain the heart essence of the Buddhas' teachings. Those herein have been created to Rinpoché's specifications—small enough to fit in a breast pocket, featuring liberations through sight and through touch on the covers, as well as mantras and cover colors selected by Rinpoché and artwork created under his direction.

Author: Gyalsé Thogmé Zangpo
At the request of Garchen Triptrül Rinpoché, this text was originally translated by Ari-ma in 2002.
